Booking Process
- Inquiry Form: Start by completing our inquiry form below.
- Availability & Questions: We’ll respond with availability and answer any questions.
- Contract & Deposit: If your desired date is available we will then send you an Invoice. 50% of the total is required to secure your date. Full payment is expected if the event is in less than 3 weeks.
- Final Payment: Two weeks before your event, we will request payment for the remaining balance.
- Setup: On the day of the event, we will arrive during the set up time you requested. Depending on the service booked, set up can take between 30 min - 1 hour.
- Take Down: After the event concludes, we will return to inspect and pick up the rentals.
