Booking Process

Inquiry Form: Start by completing our inquiry form below.
Availability & Questions: We’ll respond with availability and answer any questions.
Contract & Deposit: If your desired date is available, we will send you a contract to sign and details on how to pay your deposit to secure your date.
Final Payment: Two weeks before your event, we will request payment for the remaining balance.
Setup: On the day of the event, we will arrive during the set up time you requested and set up the flower wall.
Take Down: After the event concludes, we’ll return to inspect and take down the flower wall.
